Susan Calhoun joined Southern Capital Resources/ Aliant Mortgage in 2007, and brings with her a wealth of experience as a mortgage loan specialist/loan officer. She has over 20 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry, and works with clients trying to find the mortgage product that best fits their unique situation. She has a broad background in construction lending, and works a great deal with construction/perm products. Susan also has a broad understanding of conventional and government lending.
