Martha Wise, began her career with
ALIANT
Mortgage as a loan closer and post-closing coordinator.
Subsequent to that, she moved into her current position of a
mortgage loan specialist. Her duties revolve around all aspects
of the origination of mortgage loans for primary residences,
second homes, and investment properties. She also works extensively
on downtown lofts, lot loans, Smith Lake and the Jasper area.
