Martha Wise, began her career with ALIANT Mortgage as a loan closer and post-closing coordinator.  Subsequent to that, she moved into her current position of a mortgage loan specialist. Her duties revolve around all aspects of the origination of mortgage loans for primary residences, second homes, investment properties, and works extensively with the downtown lofts as well as lot loans.
